  • Our standard check-in time is at 3 PM. This schedule allows our cleaning staff ample time to prepare the apartment for your stay. That being said, the day before check-in, please do check with us and we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in request if possible.

  • Our standard check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs are not permitted as our housekeeping team needs to clean and ready the room for the next guest arriving in the afternoon. You will receive check-out instructions a day prior to your departure. That being said, the day before check-out, please do check with us and we will do our best to accommodate a later check-out request if possible.

  • Unfortunately, due to our prime central locations, parking is not provided at any of our properties.

  • No, pets are not permitted within the property.
