Our standard check-in time is at 3 PM. This schedule allows our cleaning staff ample time to prepare the apartment for your stay. That being said, the day before check-in, please do check with us and we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in request if possible.

You will receive check-out instructions a day prior to your departure. At Stayprime Serviced Apartments, we offer a hassle-free self-check-in process. Two days before your expected arrival, an email will be sent to you, including the following information:

1. Detailed instructions on entering the building and accessing your designated apartment.
2. A 24-hour emergency contact number in case you require assistance. Please ensure you have access to this email upon arrival at the apartment building.

No, pets are not permitted within the property.

Unfortunately, due to our prime central locations, parking is not provided at any of our properties.
