Fantastic location, very clean, secure and modern, comfortable and had everything that I needed. I got it at a late minute discount, so the good value for money was 5 stars on that basis. Will definitely come back.

Great location for where I wanted to visit

Amazing location! The property is a bit small and the shower could’ve been a bit bigger, but for the price it massively exceeded my expectations!! Super clean, modern, warm, instant hot water - and for once a property that’s generous on coffee pods and tea bags! You can’t go wrong with this property, especially as a solo traveller!! It’s such a quiet area but yet so central! I’ll definitely be back!!

Very good location and nice apartment. Even though it’s in the basement - it’s not fully under ground as such. Has natural light coming into the apartment. The apartment is very close to Earls court subway station

The apartment was well-equipped, with all the things we needed for pur stay. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location, next to the tube, but on a very quiet street. It felt very safe too. The studio has everything you need for a couple days stay, it has a decent size, heating for winter, i assume air conditioning too. It's very clean, which is important for me, and not very usual. The check-in is easy and you can do that at any time. It all went very smoothly and I will probably be back!

Very new and spotless, well appointed and furnished. I had a basement room but there were windows that could allow natural light in.

Loved the location and accomodation- easy to catch trains and portobello Rd just outside, so a buzzy feeling.

This was my second time staying with Concept Apartments. The first time was in Bayswater and this time was in Earl's Court. Loved both but prefer Earl's Court more. The location is spot-on, 3-minute walk to and from Earl's Court station. I took the Piccadilly line from and to Heathrow, steps free, and cost-effective. There are many restaurants, pubs, and shops around the area. The room was small but enough for me as a solo traveller, comfortable bed and everything was clean. The bed is a bit high which didn't affect me but might be for someone who has mobility issues to get on and off the bed.

Very thin walls between apartments. So the snoring man in the flat next door kept me awake. Can't be helped. I bought ear plugs and that sorted it out :-)

No breakfast, but the Blackbird Pub at the end of the road provided excellent breakfast. One comment there should be two seats provided in the room. Good for Earls Ct U/G

Instructions were easy to follow. Great location , close to the tube. The studio was clean, well sized and well equipped.

Fabulous apartment, super clean and tidy, excellent location, around the corner from an underground station, everything you want in the vicinity, including a supermarket on the street corner, wonderful neighborhood and you can also just walk to the museum area and Hyde Park. Perfect communication from the online check-in a few days in advance to check-out and in between with helpful videos etc. Spent a lot of time looking for a nice place to stay for my long weekend in London and so glad I put in the effort and come across this gem. Will certainly book again for my upcoming trips, already looking forward and hoping by that time they aren’t fully booked, because another apartment can only be a letdown after this.

Close proximity to everywhere

Good location

Room had everything we needed, was very clean, great shower, little kitchen with fridge and nesspreso coffie machine. Also loved the small balcony. And located right next to the earls court tube with Piccadilly and district line. Area felt very safe.
